qktk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of qktk and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
1. Introduction
Welcome to qktk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules and regulations for the use of the qktk platform, including the website at qktk.org and all associated services such as cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fish games, and payment processing. The terms "qktk", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the qktk platform. The terms "you", "your", and "user" refer to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet through the qktk platform.
By accessing or using any part of the qktk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These Terms should be read alongside the qktk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and qktk.

2. Eligibility
Use of the qktk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of qktk complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. qktk does not warrant or represent that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme.
- You are not an employee or contractor of qktk or any of its affiliated entities.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law or where no specific prohibition applies to your participation.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
qktk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending verification.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the qktk platform, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information whenever it changes. qktk may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on qktk. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qktk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qktk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qktk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qktk support immediately.
KYC and Identity Verification
qktk may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other supporting documentation requested. Failure to complete KYC to qktk's satisfaction may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality.
Account Closure
You may request to close your qktk account at any time by contacting qktk support. qktk reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In the event of account closure for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited and real-money balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
qktk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at qktk's discretion. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name. qktk does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. qktk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant payment provider and may vary. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within a shorter timeframe than card withdrawals.
qktk operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion, where it occurs, is handled at the rate determined by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. qktk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change without notice. Limits may differ by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of your qktk account. qktk reserves the right to apply additional limits to individual accounts based on activity, risk assessment, or responsible gaming considerations.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. qktk reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant account balances after prior written notice to the registered contact address. Any remaining balance after fee deduction will continue to be held in the account and will be available upon account reactivation following identity verification.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
qktk may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
qktk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a player. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will govern its use, subject to any changes required by law or regulatory direction.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
qktk monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms with low risk and guaranteed profit (commonly known as bonus hunting or bonus whoring), or participating in collusive or coordinated activity across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, qktk reserves the right to void all relevant bets and bonuses and to close the associated account.
Seasonal Promotions
qktk may run promotions aligned with cricket seasons including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and have a defined validity period. Players who are under any form of self-exclusion or deposit limit restriction may not be eligible for promotional offers during the restriction period.
6. Betting Rules
All bets placed on the qktk platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers Tests, and ODI matches — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the qktk help section. Casino game outcomes are governed by the individual game rules provided by the game provider.
qktk reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:
- The bet was placed after the event or market had already closed or the outcome was known.
- The odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data feed failure.
- The bet was placed using funds derived from a bonus that is subject to restrictions on the market type being wagered.
- There is evidence of collusion, arbitrage, or coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts.
Maximum payout limits may apply to individual markets and are subject to change at qktk's discretion. Where a maximum payout applies, it will be displayed in the relevant market or notified to the player prior to bet confirmation. qktk's liability on any single event or across all related markets is limited to the stated maximum payout for that event.
7. Responsible Gaming
qktk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides tools that allow users to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings section of every qktk account. qktk encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to set limits that reflect their personal financial situation and gaming habits.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qktk platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, or other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over qktk's systems.
- Registering on behalf of another person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes.
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software bugs to place bets at erroneous odds or to extract funds from the platform through a system vulnerability.
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at qktk staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
qktk reserves the right to update the list of prohibited conduct at any time. Changes will be communicated via the updated Terms published on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated prohibited conduct provisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the qktk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and game interfaces — is the property of qktk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the qktk platform without prior written consent from qktk.
The qktk name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional material — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action. Game content displayed on the qktk platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qktk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the qktk platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss, even if qktk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. qktk's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qktk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. qktk will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability, particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL and IPL match days, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
11. Amendments to These Terms
qktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, qktk will endeavour to provide notice to registered users via their registered contact details prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the qktk platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the qktk platform and may request account closure. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date stated on this page.
